Spot Welder
We are Air Quality Engineering, Inc., a 45+ year manufacturer of a wide variety of air cleaners and air filtration systems for industrial, medical and commercial applications. Manufactured in Minnesota, we take pride in the quality and reliability of our products and providing customers with the best product solutions.
Air Quality Engineering seeks an experienced Spot Welder to fabricate components into assemblies.
Responsibilities include:
- Set up and run production spot welding jobs, help improve production performance where possible, maintain quality and efficiency levels
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to eliminate waste and increase productivity and profit margins of the production processes
- Clock in and out of jobs accurately to ensure counts and costs are properly captured in the ERP system
- Help maintain a safe working environment
- Other duties as required
Manufacturing experience preferred but not required. High School or GED preferred.
