New! MODEL M660 Vertical Oil Mist Collector
The new M660 from Air Quality Engineering Inc.
is a self-contained media air cleaning system designed for
source capturing coolant mist applications in industry. The M660 can be
ordered in three stage filtration which will effectively remove a broad range of
contaminants including mist, smoke, soot, vapors, VOC's and more
at a rate of up to 1675 cfm.
M660 FEATURES & SPECIFICATIONS
HOW IT WORKS:
Mist laden air enters the unit from the base where it turns upward 90° before entering the two aluminum mesh impingers. The aluminum mesh impingers screen out the large droplets from the airstream before entering the primary filter. The primary filter condenses the remaining mist allowing the clean air to discharge from the top of the unit. Condensed mist drains out of the bottom of the unit.

CABINET:
16 gauge welded steel cabinet with a baked enamel, textured coated finish. Built-in sump and drain connection for oil mist removal.

MOTOR:
1 HP, maintenance-free sealed ball bearing and thermally protected. Adjustable sheave allows for field adjustments to the rated airflow.
BLOWER:
Forward curved, ball bearing, belt driven centrifugal blower. This blower is capable of moving 4400 cfm free air.
INSTRUMENTATION:
Dirty Filter Gauge: Factory installed pressure gauge designed to determine filter replacement cycle.
Indicator Light: Light indicates that the blower motor is energized properly.
FILTER ACCESS:
Side load track system with hinged access door.
SOUND LEVELS:
67 dBa at 9', 66 dBa at 15'.

PREFILTER:
Two, 24" x 24" x 2" aluminum mesh, mist impingers.
